Quick Guide to Fresno Yosemite International Airport
Flying to or from Fresno means you'll be passing through Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT). If your business travel is taking you through Fresno, it's good to be aware of the eating, dining and entertainment options throughout the airport. The airport only consists of one main terminal, so you shouldn't have trouble finding your flight. Here are a few of the options you'll encounter on your arrival.
Hudson News is the place to go for all your business travel needs. It's filled with books, magazines, light snacks, candy, cold beverages and other grab-and-go items you can pick up before your flight. It also has items you might need in-flight, like headphones, medicines and more. There is a Hudson News in the Lobby, the Corridor and on the Concourse 2nd level.
It's always good to freshen up your cut before a business trip. If you need a quick trim before you hop on your flight, go see Nick at the Airport Barber shop. It's located in the lobby and is open Tuesday through Saturday. No need to book your appointments, Nick takes walk-ins and you usually won't have to deal with much of a wait.
John Muir Tavern
Located just past security, John Muir Tavern serves up delicious pub food, including sandwiches, salads and burgers, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It opens at 5am so you can grab a meal before your client meeting in Fresno. It also serves plenty of delicious beers and cocktails at the bar if you need a place to sit and work or make phone calls during your Fresno layover.
Home Team Sports Bar
If you're craving a meal or a drink before you head through security, check out the Home Team Sports Bar. It's located in the lobby and serves standard sports bar fare like nachos and wings. It's open from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 7:30 am to 3 pm every day and the Bar and Grab and Go counter are open Sunday to Friday from 3 pm to 6:30 pm for you to grab a quick snack off the all-American menu.
If you need a caffeine fix before your flight or business meeting, head to Starbucks for a latte or espresso. You can find one pre-security that's open from 4:30 am to 12 am and one post-security open from 4:45 am to 11:30 pm. In addition to coffee they offer pastries, sweets, prepared sandwiches and snack boxes that you can grab to bring with you on your flight.
